Learn to make your own sauerkraut and water kefir with Co-Founder Nick Barnard, and take your handiwork home with you in Le Parfait jars. After the workshop, you’ll enjoy some canapés of pre-made sauerkraut and a selection of raw cheeses (dairy and dairy-alternative) with some locally made bread from The Dusty Knuckle Bakery. The Our/London bar team will serve up water kefir vodka cocktails.
