What is You’re In Rude Health Week?

Rude Health is an old English expression meaning your ‘up for life and full of energy.’ This June we are putting on a week of events that shakes up your wake up and adds some rhumba to your routine. From wood carving and wild swimming to massaging and meditating this lineup will celebrate you mentally, spiritually, physically or creatively being ‘in rude health’.

You’re in rude health when… you get your kit off for a good cause. You stand up and speak up for what you believe in. You cycle naked through the city. You overtake triathletes on your folding bike.

Ever wondered what it would be like to bike through your home city in nothing but your birthday suit? Get your kit off for a good cause at the London Naked Bike Ride 2017. Sick of the lack of cycle lane on your route to work? Frustrated about the cult of the car? What about the green alternatives? Join us as part of You’re In Rude Health Week and shout about it from behind the wheel in a way that will really make people stop in their tracks.

Car pollution is one of the many contributors to asthma and bronchitis. However the difference with car pollution is that YOU can stop it. At Rude Health we LOVE to chit chat so we don’t want any nasty pollution blocking up our lungs and preventing us from doing so. So strip back, hop on board and join the naked bike ride.

The aim: protect the future of cycling in London whilst feeling like Boudica with your hair billowing in the wind. Sounds like a win win to us. Lady Godiva eat your heart out.
