You’re in rude health when…you wild swim before work. You jump in without dipping your toe in first. You skinny dip even though you’re not skinny.
Shake up your wake up. Join us for a wild swim in The Serpentine at 7.30am with British Endurance Adventurer Jamie Ramsay. After your chilly dip you will be treated to a Rude Health breakfast spread of muesli and granola. As well as The Collective yoghurt, Cru Kafe Coffee and Daily Dose fresh juices.
WHAT IS YOU’RE IN RUDE HEALTH WEEK?
