The role is key in supporting the Rude Health culture, being the first point of contact for customer service and to support a positive and productive working environment. The role supports all members of the team, in particular the Directors.
Customer Service (Consumer)
Understanding the importance of customer care at Rude Health and acting as the first point of contact for customers (phone, email, social), so customers have the best experience possible.
Strong understanding of the brand, and interest in food with a clear understanding of our large range and approach to ingredients.
Send out monthly report on customer feedback.
Customer Service (Trade Shows)
Take the lead in organising the logistics of Rude Health’s presence at relevant Trade Shows.
Ensuring there is a clear plan for the year that works with the budget, and work with Marketing to ensure our presence remains fresh, bold and engaging.
Support the sending out of samples and stock to external partners whether in UK or International.
Office Management (Positive Working Environment)
Take the lead in answering the telephone.
Create a positive working environment ensuring the office and stock room are tidy & manage the cleaner.
Place and manage the orders for stationary, food and office stock.
Manage the UPS delivery account and produce monthly report on usage.
Manage new starter induction and support new starters when they join.
Support a positive culture by organising quarterly socials, celebrate team birthdays and recognise leavers.
Manage sending new products to Brand Bank.
Office Management (Supporting Directors)
Support regular meeting schedule (e.g. set up meetings, book meeting rooms)
Manage recording of team holiday.

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Proactive, self-starter with high levels of energy and drive
Relish problem solving
Passion for quality food
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
