Tropically Sporty: coconut water is a great rehydration drink. Stir 2tbs Drinking Oats into 200ml coconut water after exercise.

Matcha almond latte: whisk 2tbs Drinking Oats and 1/2 tsp matcha into 200ml Rude Health Almond Drink, heat gently on the hob and drink in the nutrients. Don’t boil.
