Why mushroom milk?

We’ve had matcha, we’ve had turmeric. We’ve even seen an avolatte. Now, it’s time to make room for the shroom.

The mushroom coffee market is booming. Whether for its nutritional benefits, acquired taste or libido boosting properties, people are even foraging their own fungi, just to get a taste.

At Rude Health, we are making it easy for you to get your mushroom latte fix at home with our newest dairy alternative, Mushroom Milk. Try making one yourself with our mushroom latte recipe below. Fungi froths. Who’d ‘ave known?

Rude Health’s Mushroom Milk will be hitting shelves on April 1st. For magical results try it stirred in tea, poured over porridge or mixed in a creamy, moreish, latte.
