You’re in rude health when…you skip ropes, not meals. New year, same you…because you were already fabulous. You’ll try anything twice.

January is already miserable. Cold, dark, and occasionally slushy – why make it worse by boycotting booze?

Rude Health are encouraging you to add some rhumba to your Zumba, some shake up to your wake up and some rum to your Almond Drink by ditching Dry January for Try January.

Rude Health literally means your up for life and full of energy. Try January, now in its second year, is about starting the new year in rude health. How? By trying something new instead of giving something up. This can be anything from adding a shot of Baileys to your hot chocolate, introducing living room Tai Chi to your morning routine, or finally showing the world your rendition of Wonderwall at the karaoke bar around the corner.

This month we’re hosting a series of wild swims across the UK, inviting only those brave enough to take part, in an early, frosty, fresh water dip, followed by a warming Rude Health porridge pot breakfast and an optional stiff shot of Our/London vodka.
