Ingredients:

For the porridge

1 ¼ cup of Rude Health Almond Milk

½ cup of Rude Health Gluten Free Oats

1 tablespoon of almond butter

1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil

1 scoop Body Brilliance

1 tsp Cinnamon

Toasted Slithered Almonds

Coconut Yoghurt

Fresh Berries

1 tbsp Almond Butter

Method:

  1. In a saucepan mix the oats and almond milk. Place on a low heat for approximately 7 minutes, until the porridge is a delicious consistency.
  2. Stir in the Body Brilliance supplement, cinnamon, almond butter and coconut oil.
  3. Pour in a bowl and top with coconut yoghurt, almond butter, fresh berries and almonds.
