A combination of Sprouted Oats, Zingy Berries and a Supplement packed full of greens, antioxidants and herbs, this porridge really is a super weapon.
For the porridge
1 ¼ cup of Rude Health Almond Milk
½ cup of Rude Health Gluten Free Oats
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
1 scoop Body Brilliance
1 tsp Cinnamon
Toasted Slithered Almonds
1 tbsp Almond Butter
- In a saucepan mix the oats and almond milk. Place on a low heat for approximately 7 minutes, until the porridge is a delicious consistency.
- Stir in the Body Brilliance supplement, cinnamon, almond butter and coconut oil.
- Pour in a bowl and top with coconut yoghurt, almond butter, fresh berries and almonds.
