How to make Apple Banana Oat Tahini Bites

Bites of pure sticky, oaty maple delight. Talk about a pick me up.

 

Ingredients (serves 9)

  • 100g Rude Health Bircher Soft and Fruity
  • 100g White flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 75g Coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup

Method

  1. Add Rude Health Bircher Soft and Fruity to mixing bowl
  2. Add White flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Vanilla extract, Tahini
  3. In a pan add the Coconut oil and Maple Syrup until melted
  4. Add this to the dry mixture and mix to form sticky mixture
  5. Split the mixture into small cookie shapes and place on baking tray
  6. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes
  7. Leave to cool and then enjoy
