Banana Berry Bircher. Easy, oaty satisfaction.
- 40g Rude Health Banana Berry Oats
- Rude Health dairy alternative drinks /milk/water – enough to cover your oats
- A sprinkle of Rude Health Sprouted Oats– for texture
- 1 banana (plus more for topping)
- Berries (we like blueberries)
- Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
- In a bowl mix the Banana Berry Oats, drink of your choice and sprouted oats, until well combined. Then stir in the mashed banana.
- If you’d like to leave it over night, add a tiny squeeze of lemon to stop the banana from going brown!
- Simply top with berries and more banana, if you like, and enjoy.
