INGREDIENTS:

For the porridge:

55g Rude Health 5 Grain 5 Seed Porridge

100ml Rude Health Almond Drink

100ml water

 

For the toppings:

1 chopped banana

Handful of crushed almonds, hazelnuts, brazil nuts

Tbsp. maple syrup

Salt to serve

 

METHOD:

  1. Place the Rude Health 5 Grain 5 Seed Porridge and Rude Health Almond Drink and water in a pan and bring to the boil.
  2. Turn down the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring regularly until it is smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add another splash of the Rude Health Almond Drink until you’ve got the consistency you like.
  3. Add the chopped banana, nuts, maple and sprinkle of salt to serve.
