For the Porridge Base: 

1 1/4 cup of Coconut Water

1/2 cup Rude Health Sprouted Porridge Oats

1 scoop Clean and Lean Beauty Food

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tbsp raw honey

For the Toppings:

Bee pollen

Toasted Coconut Flakes

Sliced Apple

Coconut Yoghurt

Lime zest



1. In a saucepan, mix the oats and coconut water. Place on a low heat for approximately 7 minutes, until the porridge is a delicious consistency.

2. Stir in the beauty food supplement, honey and coconut oil.

3. Pour in a bowl, and make it look as great as it tastes with the toppings – spoon over the yoghurt, slices apple and sprinkle with coconut flakes, bee pollen and lime zest.
