Berry burn 2

Ingredients:

For the Compote: 

1 cup Frozen Raspberries

2 tbsp Chia Seeds

3 tbsp Maple Syrup

For the Porridge Base: 

1 cup of Coconut Water

1/4 cup Rude Health Ultimate Almond Drink

1/2 cup Rude Health Sprouted Porridge Oats

1 scoop Clean and Lean Berry Burn

1/2 cup berry compote

For the Toppings:

1/2 cup berry combo

1 tsp cinnamon

Coconut yoghurt

Chopped pistachios

Method: 

1. In a saucepan, mix the frozen berries with the chia seeds and maple syrup. place on a low heat for approximately 15-20 minutes until the mix has a jam-like texture.

2. In a saucepan mix the oats, Rude Health Ultimate Almond Drink, and coconut water. Place on a low heat for approximately 7 minutes, until the porridge is a delicious consistency.

3. Stir in the compote and berry burn supplement.

4. Pour in a bowl and spoon over the compote, yoghurt, cinnamon and sprinkle with pistachios.
