Makes breakfast for two
2/3 cup quinoa flakes
1/3 cup cooked quinoa for added texture
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. raw cacao powder
Sweetener of choice
1. Mix all ingredients for the Bircher together in a bowl and pop it in the fridge overnight.
2. In the morning, top with any toppings you like and enjoy.
