Ingredients (Serves 2)
- To make a matcha paste – measure out 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and add in a splash of coconut or oat milk. Mix into a paste.
- Measure out 400ml of coconut or oat milk and heat gently on the hob.
- Add in the matcha paste and then froth with a handheld frother.
- Serve and enjoy.
