- Mix together 50g of Rude Health’s The Oatmeal and 75ml warm water and soak overnight.
- In the morning: heat 75ml of water until boiling and add a pinch of sea salt.
- Add in the soaked oats and stir until smooth.
- Serve hot and top with whatever you fancy.
