Ingredients & Method 

  1. Mix together 50g of Rude Health’s The Oatmeal and 75ml warm water and soak overnight.
  2. In the morning: heat 75ml of water until boiling and add a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Add in the soaked oats and stir until smooth.
  4. Serve hot and top with whatever you fancy.
