Mango, Coconut and Chia Bircher
Take a morning trip to the tropics.
- 40g Rude Health Coconut and Seed Museli
- Rude Health Coconut Drink – enough to cover your oats
- Half a mango, diced
- A round 1tbsp of chia seeds
- Sprinkle of Rude Health Sprouted Oats – just for texture
- 2tbsp desiccated coconut
- Place the oats in a bowl and pour in just enough coconut drink to cover the oats, add the sprouted oats and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, jar, vessel of sorts, put in half of the oat mixture, sprinkle over 1tbsp of the desiccated coconut and half of the chopped mango and sprinkle with chia seeds.
- Layer on the rest of the oats and top with the remaining the mango, coconut and some chia seeds. Eat away.
