This Muesli and Berry Medley is super high fibre and will have you riding a wave of pleasure all the way to lunch.

Rude Health Super fruity Muesli

100g mixed berries

50g coconut palm sugar

1 orange juice and zest


1. Place the mixed berries in a small saucepan with the sugar, orange zest and juice and simmer for 5 – 10 minutes, or until the sugar has dissolved. Leave to cool slightly.

2. Fill two bowls with Superfruity muesli, add milk and spoon the berry compote over the top

3. Enjoy!
