Our guide to making #RudelyAlternative coffee.

  • Take our Almond Drink at room temperature.
  • Steam the drink the same way you would dairy milk but to a lower temperature (55-60°C)
  • Rest, swirl and then tap the pitcher to remove any surface bubbles.
  • Pour onto the coffee and serve in a ceramic mug. Latte art welcome.

You can also add the espresso shot to our drink when cold, then steam together.

Top tip: Use coffee with lower acidity, higher acidity can cause separation.

If it separates, don’t panic – just stir.
