This peanut butter bomb of a breakfast is nuttylicious. The combination of thick creamy banana with a nutty crunch makes this the perfect healthy dessert for breakfast or for that matter anytime of the day.
1 cup Rude Health Oat drink
1 banana, frozen
½ tablespoon chia seeds
½ tablespoons natural peanut butter
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ice cubes
1. In a blender blend all above ingredients until thick and creamy.
2. Pour into a bowl – serve with chopped banana and a sprinkling of nuts.
