Ingredients:

For the Porridge:

½ cup of Rude Health Gluten Free Oats

½ banana mashed

1 ¼ cup Rude Health Ultimate Almond Drink

½ tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Coconut Oil

1 scoop Protein Excellence

 

Toppings:

1 tbsp Almond Butter

½ Sliced Banana

Hemp Seeds

Toasted Hazelnuts

 

Method

  1. In a saucepan mix the oats, banana and almond milk. Place on a low heat for approximately 7 minutes, until the porridge is a delicious consistency.
  2. Stir in the protein excellence supplement, cinnamon and coconut oil.
  3. Pour in a bowl and top with almond butter, sliced banana, hemp seeds and hazelnuts.
