With gojis, berries and munuka honey, this bowl is packed full of the good stuff.

No cooking needed. Simply mix, admire, then dive on in.

Serves 2


  • 130g of Rude Health Bircher Soft and Fruity Muesli
  • 100g organic apple juice
  • 100g Rude Health Cashew Drink
  • 130g thick raspberry Greek yogurt
  • Small handful of raspberries
  • 1 tbsp manuka honey
  • 1 tsp golden linseeds
  • 1 tsp goji

Fruit for Toppings

  • 4 strawberries (quartered)
  • Small handful of blueberries
  • Small handful of raspberries


  • In a large bowl add the apple juice, Cashew Drink, raspberry yogurt and the raspberries and whisk well.
  • Stir in the Bircher Muesli.
  • Scoop the Bircher mixture into serving dishes – allow space for the fruit toppings to be added before serving.
  • Leave the mix to sit for 10 minutes to absorb all of the liquid goodness before adding the toppings.
  • Scatter the Bircher with the linseeds, goji berries and drizzle with honey.
  • Top with fresh berries and serve.
