This raspberry turmeric smoothie isn’t only delicious, it’s full of health benefits too! Turmeric is renowned for its anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties due to the substance curcumin found in it. Turmeric might just be the most powerful spice out there! It’s also “thermogenic” meaning that it aids calorie burning. How’s that for a morning work out?

 

1 cup Brown Rice Drink

1 banana

¼ cup raspberries frozen

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

¼ teaspoon turmeric

½ teaspoon cinnamon

3 stalks collard greens

 

1. Blend all ingredients until thick and creamy.

2.  Pour into a glass and place a few frozen raspberries on top.
