For the Porridge

¾ cup Rude Health Coconut Milk 

½ Coconut Water

½ cup Rude Health Sprouted Gluten Free Oats

¼ tsp Vanilla Essence

½ tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Coconut Oil

1 scoop Serenity


Coconut Yoghurt

Toasted Chopped Cashews

Cacao Nibs

Sliced Figs


  1. In a saucepan mix the Sprouted OatsCoconut Drink and coconut water. Place on a low heat for approximately 7 minutes, until the porridge is a delicious consistency.
  2. Stir in the serenity supplement, vanilla essence, cinnamon and coconut oil.
  3. Pour in a bowl and add the coconut yoghurt, cacao nibs, cashews and place the sliced figs on top. Sleep well – you deserve it.
