Sprouted-Oat-Smoothie-2

A sblendid sprouted smoothie made with our very own oat milk. The perfect breakfast on the go. With added sprouted benefits.
Ingredients
180ml Rude Health Oat Drink
150g COYO
1 date, pitted
1 tablespoon hempseed
1 banana
½ cup frozen blueberries (or other any other frozen berries)
 
Instructions
Put everything in a blender and mix until smooth. Serve immediately.
