Simple Chopped Salsa – The side that gives dishes an extra kick.

4 tomatoes, chopped

1 red onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp jalapeño peppers from a jar, drained and finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 small bunch of coriander, roughly chopped

1 lime



1. Stir all the ingredients together in a medium bowl with some seasoning.

2. Serve at room temperature with Rude Health Oat and Spelt Thins.
