Ingredients:

For the dry mix (500g):

350g of Daily Oats

100g Dark Chewy Sun-Dried Banana

50g Freshly Roasted Hazelnuts

1 serving:

50g of Top Banana Porridge

250ml of Milk / Dairy Alternatives / Water

Use Maple Syrup to sweeten.

Method:

1. Combine all three dry ingredients to make one carton’s worth (500g) of porridge.

2. Mix one measure (50g per person) of porridge with 2.5 measures (250ml) milk. For a less creamy result you can use half milk and half water.

3. In a saucepan, gently bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Or in a microwave, pour mixture into a suitable bowl and do not cover. Cook at full power for two minutes and stir, then cook for a further full minute and stir. Leave to stand for 2 minutes to cool down and thicken up.

4. Drizzle with maple syrup to sweeten and serve.
