Add a spring to your step with this tropical sunshine smoothie. The addition of turmeric in this smoothie is bound to make you glow from the inside out.

Ingredients

1 handful of chopped papaya

1 handful of chopped, peeled mango

1/3 cup of Rude Health Drinking Oats

300ml Rude Health Almond Drink or fresh coconut water 

1 tsp turmeric

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2  teaspoon of maca powder

Method

Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.

Top with a little more turmeric, pop in a straw and drink up.
