This Ultimate Bircher Muesli is one of the ultimate healthy breakfasts, yet thoroughly creamy and luxurious in taste.
5 mins plus overnight soaking
100ml Rude Health Oat Drink
150g Natural yogurt
1 tsp Maple syrup
1. Place the muesli in a bowl and pour over the Oat Drink. Mix together, cover and leave in the fridge to soak overnight.
2. In the morning, mix the muesli into the yogurt and divide between 4 bowls. Grate the apples and stir with the maple syrup then spoon over the muesli and serve.
