The quintessentially British classic with a tropical twist. It’s seriously coconuts.
Serves 4 (200ml jars)
400g organic strawberries, washed and hulled
200ml double cream
2 tablespoons unrefined icing sugar
125g Rude Health Coconut Chia Granola
Cut strawberries into quarters.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the double cream and unrefined icing sugar until stiff peaks form.
Place a few pieces of strawberries on the bottom of a jar. Add a very generous spoonful of whipped cream on top of the strawberries. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of
Rude Health Coconut Chia Granola on the whipped cream. Repeat this process to add on a second layer of strawberries, whipped cream and granola.
Repeat the above step for all the jars.
