Ingredients

50g (1/2 cup) Rude Health, Sprouted Oats

250ml Rude Health, Almond Drink

1 courgette, grated

pinch of salt

 

Toppings:

1 Tablespoon of almond and coconut butter (or your favourite nut butter)

Handful of raspberries

Handful of blueberries

Optional: a teaspoon of cacao nibs

Method

1. Place the oats and half the liquid into a pan and heat on a medium setting for 1-2 minutes or until it starts to simmer.

2. Once simmering, turn down the heat and add the remaining liquid and salt, stir and cook for a further 1-2 minutes

3. Once the liquid has almost completely absorbed add in the grated courgette and give one last mix then pour into a bowl
Add your toppings, grab a spoon and dig in!
