SWIM / DANCE / EAT
Introducing The Rude Health Tryathlon
3 cities. 3 days. 3 events.
This June, Rude Health are encouraging everyone to swim, dance and eat their way into the summer with a new twist on a triathlon. Hitting three cities over three days, the free Rude Health ‘Tryathlon’ brings together three very ‘in rude health’ activities – wild swimming, even wilder dancing and eating.
Margate, Brighton and Manchester – swan your swimming costumes, don your dancing shoes, glitter up your gear and get the date in your diaries. The Rude Health Tryathlon is coming and it’s open to all ages, abilities, shapes and sizes.
WHAT’S THE DEAL?
SWIM / We’ll start with a cold and invigorating wild swim, kitted out with Rude Health swimming hats and led by British adventurer Jamie Ramsay. Dip a toe in first or dive right in. Clothes or no clothes – the choice is yours.
DANCE / Next, the team behind Daybreaker and House of Dinosaur are bringing their immersive party to the Rude Health Tryathlon. Hype boss Adelle will host the antics accompanied by DJ Lucid Stannard who’s known for the grooviest world inspired disco, Afro-beat and house. Leave your inhibitions in the water and get the blood pumping around your body. You’ll work up a sweat and an appetite.
EAT / What we know best. Finish with breakfast for dinner. Smoothie bowls, granola, snacks, shakes and turmeric lattes – all on Rude Health. You’re welcome.
