Do you know your glutes from your gluten? Do you float your own oat?

If you’re a bright and ambitious individual, who loves food and is looking to start out in the world of Public Relations, then we want to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate would aspire to work in PR and Marketing and have excellent written and communication skills. Ideally you will already be in rude health, love food and probably spend your free time cooking, eating or writing about food…

Our internship opportunities are for a minimum of 2 months. We are flexible with times and days but are looking for someone based in London that can commit to at least 2 days a week. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, collating press cuttings and creating press coverage reports.
  • Assisting with incoming press inquiries and requests.
  • Reading magazines and newspapers to identify potential areas of interest for Rude Health.
  • Research covering a broad range of topics including; local marketing, press opportunities and brand collaborations.
  • Participating in Rude Health brainstorming meetings.


  • Interns can help themselves to a RH breakfast and RH snacks.
  • Lunch and travel costs will be covered.

  • We’re looking for reliable, energetic Rude Health enthusiasts to help with demos, in store samplings and events.
  • Must work a minimum of 8 hours per week.
  • Great pay.
