The Role

We are growing and are looking for an ambitious Foodservice National Account Manager to join our Sales team. As a National Account Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to own your customer plans and build strong customer relationships in order to grow our business. You will be responsible for bringing on new business, as well as planning, managing, and executing the existing business we have across our National Wholesaler, Catering, Foodservice, Restaurant, Pub and Coffee channels.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for Key Account Management and New Business Development across Foodservice and HORECA
  • Develop robust contact matrices and leverage these to unlock mutual growth
  • Identify, negotiate and secure annual Joint Business Plans and commercial deals
  • Create customer plans from deep understanding of consumer trends in foodservice
  • Secure launches and distribution of existing and new products
  • Secure profitable sales with triple win (end-user, wholesaler and Rude Health)
  • Work in cross-category teams with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Innovation and Supply Chain to drive business performance
  • Continuously evaluate and follow up on the business with existing and prospective customers

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Full driving license
  • Proven track record within Sales – ideally within Foodservice Wholesale, but not essential
  • A passion for and know-how of the Foodservice industry and HORECA
  • A willingness to perform in a role that covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities – both hands on and strategic
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • A tenacious, go-get attitude
  • Organised with a high attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • A customer focused attitude
  • Great communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Good understanding of business financials and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Role Background: We’re looking for a creative Cafe Chef who will help contribute to our ever changing menu in the Rude Health Cafe. Preferably a keen baker and someone who will contribute to our fun atmosphere. The Rude Health cafe is attached to the Rude Health Head Office in Putney Bridge so you’ll be fully immersed in the Rude Health brand too. Role Outline: 3-4 days a week Mon-Sat Daytime only
