Making Your Own Orange Cold Brew Coffee – 29th May 2020

Join Aashifa Hussain, head barista trainer at Well Grounded, a social enterprise who offer specialised barista training as well as supporting people as the enter the speciality coffee industry. This week Aashifa is showing us how to make her coffee with a twist. All you’ll need is for this is coffee, marmalade, water, ice and a dairy alternative of your choice.

How To Make Dalgona Coffee – 22nd May 2020 

This week join our amazing Marketing Manager Eliza, who will be showing us how to make Dalgona coffee, the newest coffee craze that has taken the internet by storm. All you’ll need is coffee, sugar, water, ice and a dairy alternative of your choice.

How To Make Crepes – 15th May 2020

Up next is Nena Foster, Chef extraordinaire and recipe developer, teaching us how to make savoury and sweet crepes using Rude Health Almond Drink, Oat Drink, Hazelnut Drink and Sprouted Spelt Flour. All you’ll need is your favourite dairy alternative drink, wholegrain flour and seed mix for the base and whichever fillings you’d like to top your sweet or savoury crepes.

Flip 2 Feed – 8th May 2020

Joining us this week is Nicole Pisani, founder and chef at Chefs In Schools, a charity that is helping to provide meals to vulnerable children who no longer have access to free school meals during this Covid-19 crisis. Working with Chefs In Schools, we are proud to introduce our new fundraising campaign Flip2Feed to help provide 80,000 meals to children in need.

How to Make Kombucha – 24 April 2020

Head of Innovation, Bertel, will be guiding us through home brewing kombucha. Kombucha is a fermented tea drink that is made using a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), green or black tea and sugar. Bertel’s Friday Five O’clock Feed will provide you with step by step instructions for you to make your own continuous brew of kombucha at home. The gift that keeps on giving. Literally.

How to Make Granola – 17 April 2020

International Account Manager, Elle, will be showing us how to throw together an easy granola at home. Granola is a moreish mix of your favourite grains, seeds, nuts and fruit all baked together and sweetened. You’ll need any variation of these to make your own. If you’re like us, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is.

How To Make Beetroot & Cashew Curry – 10th April 2020

Next up is Ferg, the Rude Health Cafe chef and manager. He’ll be showing us how to cook his Beetroot and Cashew Curry made with Rude Health Cashew Drink. Cooking with our dairy-free drinks adds a creaminess to curries without the heaviness of cream.

How To Make Your Own Oat Drink – 3rd April 2020

Join our co-founder Camilla on Facebook Live as she shows you how to milk your oats for all they’re worth. All you’ll need is oats, water, maple syrup (if you like it sweeter), a muslin cloth (or any old t-shirt), a blender and a bottle to store it in.

How To Make Sauerkraut – 27th March 2020 

First up, Nick, our co-founder, is leading a class on how to make your own sauerkraut. What you’ll need? Cabbage, salt, a large bowl or bucket, a rolling pin (or anything else you can use as a kraut masher) and a large storing jar for when your sauerkraut is ready.
