What the health is Kombucha? Now’s the time to learn. You’ll learn about what it is, why it’s good for you and how to make it.
The masterclass. Bertel, Rude Health’s Head of Innovation and booch boss, will explain in simple steps how you make the friendly ferment at home, from brewing to bottling to flavouring and fermenting. You’ll learn the do’s and don’ts of making Kombucha and what to do when it all goes pear shaped.
Take away your own. At the workshop, you’ll get the chance to flavour two of your own 250ml Kombucha bottles to take home. From chilli and ginger to lemon and bergamot and anything in between, you can create your own concoction. Whatever floats your booch.
You’re in rude health when… you’re effervescent. You just brew it. You’re a mighty booch.
On arrival. We’ll provide the nibbles, to fuel your fermenting.
Ready to go… Having learnt the ways of the Kombucha world you’ll get a goodie bag which will kickstart it. Your goodie bag will feature a SCOBY from Happy Kombucha, TeaPigs Green Tea and Rude Health food and drink aplenty. Ready, steady, go.
