Apple Banana Oat Tahini Bites

Bites of pure sticky, oaty maple delight. Talk about a pick me up.



100g Rude Health Bircher Soft and Fruity
100g White flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbsp Tahini
75g Coconut oil
3 tbsp Maple syrup


  1. Add Rude Health Bircher Soft and Fruity to mixing bowl
  2. Add White flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Vanilla extract, Tahini
  3. In a pan add the Coconut oil and Maple Syrup until melted
  4. Add this to the dry mixture and mix to form a sticky mixture
  5. Split the mixture into small cookie shapes and place on a baking tray
  6. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes
  7. Leave to cool and then enjoy
