Banana Berry Oats
40g Rude Health Fruity Bircher
Rude Health dairy alternative drinks /milk/water – enough to cover your oats
A sprinkle of Rude Health Sprouted Oats– for texture
1 banana (plus more for topping)
Berries (we really like blueberries)
Method
- Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
- In a bowl mix the Fruity Bircher, drink of your choice and sprouted oats, until well combined. Then stir in the mashed banana.
- If you’d like to leave it overnight, add a tiny squeeze of lemon to stop the banana from going brown!
- Simply top with berries and more banana, if you like, and enjoy.
