Banana Berry Oats

40g Rude Health Banana Berry Oats
Rude Health dairy alternative drinks /milk/water – enough to cover your oats
A sprinkle of Rude Health Sprouted Oats- for texture
1 banana (plus more for topping)
Berries (we really like blueberries)


  1. Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
  2. In a bowl mix the Banana Berry Oats, drink of your choice and sprouted oats, until well combined. Then stir in the mashed banana.
  3. If you’d like to leave it overnight, add a tiny squeeze of lemon to stop the banana from going brown!
  4. Simply top with berries and more banana, if you like, and enjoy.
