Chai Hot Chocolate

Recipe

300 ml Rude Health Almond Drink

60 g chocolate (pure)

1 tsp ground cardamom

1 tsp ground nutmeg

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp plant-based whipped cream

2 cinnamon sticks


Method

1. Melt the chocolate au bain-marie together with 200 ml of the Almond Drink.

2. Stir in the cardamom, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and cocoa powder.

3. Froth 100 ml of Almond Drink.

4. Divide the hot chocolate over two mugs and scoop the frothed Almond Drink on top.

5. Finish off with some plant-based whipped cream and cinnamon sticks.
