30ml Cold Brew Coffee
10ml Sugar Syrup (1 part caster sugar to 1 part water)
- Make the Sugar Syrup in a saucepan by adding 50g of caster sugar to 50ml of water. Simmer for 2 mins until sugar is dissolved. Cool, bottle, and store in the fridge.
- Combine the Rude Health Coconut Drink, Vodka, Kahlua, Sugar Syrup and Cold Brew Coffee with lots of ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Give it a good shake and serve in a martini glass.
- Top with coconut shavings or coffee beans if you’re feeling fancy.
