Cornitas with Kimchi Miso Dip

Serves: 2 / Prep: 5 minutes / Total: 10 minutes



1 pack of either Black Bean Cornitas or Chickpea & Lentil Cornitas

1/4 cup kimchi

2 tablespoons white miso paste

2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar

1/4 cup neutral oil


  1. In a high-powered blender or a mini food processor, combine the kimchi, vinegar, miso paste, oil, and two tablespoons of water.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. To serve, transfer kimchi dip to a small bowl, grab a bag of Cornitas and enjoy!
