Fruit Smoothies


Recipe

MANGO SMOOTHIE

100 ml Rude Health Oat Drink

1 orange

1 mango

1 banana

1 passion fruit

 

LIME SMOOTHIE

100 ml Rude Health Coconut Drink

1 lime

100 ml coconut water

1 frozen banana

75g spinach

2 tsp maple syrup

Ice cubes

STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

100 ml Rude Health Almond Drink

2 tbsp Rude Health Daily Oats

100g frozen strawberries

1 lemon

4 tbsp strawberry jam

4 sprigs of mint

 


Method

MANGO SMOOTHIE 

  1. Peel the orange and cut into four parts. Cut the mango, remove the seed and skin, and cut into small cubes
  2. Peel the banana and break into small pieces. Cut the passion fruit into halves and scoop out the seeds
  3. Add to a blender and pour in the Oat Drink. Blend until smooth, pour into a glass and enjoy

LIME SMOOTHIE 

  1. Squeeze the juice of one lime into a blender along with the Coconut Drink and coconut water
  2. Add the spinach, maple syrup and the banana broken into smaller pieces
  3. Blend for a few seconds until smooth, pour into a glass over ice

STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE 

  1. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into a blender along with the Almond Drink, strawberries, Daily Oats, strawberry jam and mint.
  2. Blend for a few seconds until smooth, pour into a glass and enjoy
