One to whizz up in the nutribullet – this dairy-free nutty smoothie is packed with healthy fats and naturally sweetened with Almond Drink and banana.

Almond Banana Smoothie
500ml Rude Health Almond Drink or Cashew Drink
2 tablespoon almond butter
4 tablespoon Rude Health Smoothie Oats
2 bananas
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Honey to taste
2/3 cubes of ice
Method
- Pick your favourite drink and measure out 400ml.
- Slice 2 bananas and put them into the blender.
- Add 4 tablespoons of Smoothie Oats and 2 tablespoons of almond butter.
- Add 2 or 3 cubes of ice, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and honey to taste.
- Pour in the Almond Drink/Cashew Drink
- Blend and serve.
- Top with cacao nibs or whatever takes your fancy.
- Enjoy.
