How to make a Turmeric Latte

Turmeric, an ancient secret for modern day medicine. 

Turmeric lattes, or ‘Golden Milk’, get a gold star for health benefits. They’re purifying, immunity boosting and damn right delicious. Especially with almond milk.


500ml Rude Health Brown Rice Drink
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of black pepper
Sprinkling of Seasalt


  1. Measure 500ml of Rude Health Brown Rice Drink.
  2. Add all the spices, salt & pepper
  3. Heat gently and stir.
  4. Froth with a handheld frother.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
