Matcha Latte

(Serves 2)

400ml Rude Health coconut milk or oat milk
1 tsp of matcha powder


  1. To make a matcha paste – measure out 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and add in a splash of coconut or oat milk. Mix into a paste.
  2. Measure out 400ml of coconut or oat milk and heat gently on the hob.
  3. Add the matcha paste and then froth with a handheld frother.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
