Irish Oat Coffee

Serves: 2 drinks

Dairy free, Oil free, Soy free and Nut free


400 ml Rude Health Barista Oat

2 tbsp brown sugar

4 tbsp whisky

2 shots of espresso

2 pcs vegan marshmallows


1. In each glass, put 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of whisky. Stir until everything is mixed well. 2. Pour the espresso shots over the whisky mixture.

3. In the meantime, froth the Barista Oat and divide over two glasses.

4. Thread the marshmallows onto the mini skewers and burn with them with a cooking torch, serve on top of the two glasses.
