400ml Rude Health Soya Drink
2 tbsp crushed flaxseed
4 tbsp warm water
500g all-purpose flour
40g granulated sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp plant-based butter
- Preheat oven to 200 °C. Line a baking sheet with the siliconebaking mat.
- Whisk the flaxseed with the warm water and set aside.
- Whisk the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt together in a large bowl. Cut the butter and mix with your hand through the flour. Add the Soya Drink and flaxseed mixture.
- Gently fold the dough together until dough is too stiff to stir.
- Knead the dough for 1 minute.
- Make a nice bread shape and lay on the baking mat.
- Bake until the bread is golden brown, about 40 minutes.
