Miami Vice Mocktail

Made with Rude Health Cashew Drink, this mocktail recipe is perfect for summer evenings. And it’s dairy and alcohol free.

40 ml Rude Health Cashew Drink

100 ml Fresh Mango Juice

6 Strawberries, Remove the Top, Pureed

Pulp of 1 Passionfruit

Juice of 1 Lime

Toppings

Two Slices of Fresh Fruit

Tools

Cocktail Shaker

2 Cocktail Glasses


Method

  1. Pour the Rude Health Cashew Drink into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the mango juice, pureed strawberries, the passionfruit and the lime juice.
  3. Shake hard and divide into two cocktail glasses.
  4. Decorate each glass with a slice of fresh fruit.
