Here to get your pulses racing, Rude Health’s Cornitas are available in a 90g sharing size, and a 30g ‘don’t even think about it’ size. They are made with no artificial anythings and come in two exciting flavours, Black Bean and Chickpea & Lentil.
TWO PULS-ATINGLY GOOD OPTIONS
Black Bean: Cornita is old Mexican for a love triangle of corn, black beans and olive oil. Not really, but wouldn’t that be great? What we’re trying to say is that all you really need are black beans, corn, olive oil and a pinch of sea salt to make a great tasting snack. So that’s just what we did.
Chickpea & Lentil: If you know us well, you’d know we’re a big fan of the chickpea and lentil combo. It worked in our crackers, it works in our Cornitas. A triangular blend of chickpeas, lentils, corn, olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Enjoy them one at a time, or scoff them in handfuls. No judgement here.
HOW WE LIKE ‘EM?
Cornitas are multi-skilled little triangles. They can hold their body weight in canapes, survive vigorous dipping without losing shape or be the base for your wildest nacho dreams.
Dip ‘em: Slam dunk them in salsa, guacamole or hummus.
Top ‘em: Try piling them high with chilli, ceviche, chutney and other things that don’t begin with c.
