Our standard delivery times are from 3-5 working days.

Orders over £40 will receive free delivery. Orders under £40 will be charged DPD rates for delivery.  DPD prices are as follows:

Deliveries are picked and dispatched shortly after they are ordered, so, unfortunately, we cannot cancel deliveries. If you are still unsatisfied when this arrives, email hello@rudehealth.com.
